Online contact lens ordering is available through our partnered online ordering platform. Pricing, promotions, and availability are determined by the online vendor and may differ from pricing offered in our physical office location.
Pricing
Online prices are often competitive and may be lower or higher than in office pricing. Online pricing, discounts, and promotions are managed by our third party vendor and may change without notice. Pricing, discounts, or promotions quoted in office do not apply to online orders.
Rebates
Manufacturer rebates discussed or offered for in office purchases do not apply to online orders. Rebate eligibility is determined by the manufacturer and the specific retailer through which the lenses are purchased. Patients are responsible for confirming rebate eligibility directly with the online vendor or manufacturer prior to placing an order.
INSURANCE
Insurance benefits cannot be applied to online orders through this platform. Online purchases should be treated as out of network. Patients may submit an out of network claim to their insurance carrier if eligible. If you would like our office to directly administer your insurance benefits, contact lenses must be purchased in person at our office.
