We value our patients’ time and do our best to stay on schedule. If you arrive late, we may be unable to see you.
In general, arrivals more than 5 to 10 minutes late, depending on the type of appointment, may need to be rescheduled, especially if the schedule is fully booked after your appointment.

Pick Ups and Dispenses
Unless specified by the doctor or staff, no appointment is required for pick-ups or contact lens dispenses.
While we can accommodate dispenses during regular business hours, the best time to come is weekdays between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

Frame Selects/Walk-ins
We welcome walk-ins for frame selection whenever possible.
Please note that frame selection must be completed at least 30 minutes before closing. This allows time to review lens options, take final measurements, and accurately enter your order before the end of the day.
For the best experience, we recommend arriving earlier in the day, especially during busy periods or holidays, when additional time may be needed for parking and selection.
